I have a Portable Media Player. Everything I try to place in it doesn't play. But the things the guy imported from his computer work, from whom I bought it, even even if the format is same in audio(.mp3) but not in video(.3gpp in the older one, I have .3gp). Can anyone help me to convert them to the format the PMP uses, or reccomend the software for it?
I have already converted the songs I have to mp3. but it still doesn't work.
